I am a long time reason power User of 10+ years and counting and i must say from reason 2.0 to now 10 is crazy how much this software has grown and so have i its my school for music creation in so may practical ways there are so may things you can do with this software its all you need to do anything only your mind is the limit this is not for the babies this is for the big kids only.

When using OBS Studio on a laptop or multi-GPU system, you may run into performance issues or issues using a specific capture type (i.e. Game or Window capture). The reason this happens is because most modern laptops will come with two GPUs:

It's no accident. Nor have the reviewers of America taken leave of their collective senses. There's a reason for the glorification of ''The Road Warrior.'' Similarly, self-conscious remakes like ''Cat People'' and ''The Thing'' are reverently discussed in historic and stylistic terms, while the silliness of their content is ignored. The reason is the same: the belief that style counts, substance doesn't.

The style of ''The Road Warrior'' isn't even that good. If it were all it's cracked up to be, we could at least praise it on technical grounds. Yes, the director has a lot of energy and a reasonable amount of visual imagination. But he can't make anything look real. The images of ''The Road Warrior'' are as flimsy and frittery as the ideas; there's no ballast or conviction to any of it. The effect is dreamlike, all right, but it's like a dream we know is stupid while it's still going on.

Are the Oscars out of touch? It's a valid question that should concern the Academy. On a seemingly annual basis, we are told that "This year's Oscar telecast is among the lowest-rated ever." The quick-fix, knee-jerk reaction is to blame the host or the length or something else. But could the real reason be because the films feted by the Academy are disconnected from those people want to see? After all, why watch an awards show when you don't really care who wins?

The Academy's argument is straightforward. Supporters of the current Best Picture selection claim that the films are chosen by artistic merit rather than for commercial reasons. This is, of course, bullshit. Studios spend millions upon millions of dollars attempting to buy nominations and, for the most part, they are successful, at least if a movie is well regarded. The end result isn't necessarily that the nominees represent excellence but the perception of quality is high. Box office blockbusters rarely get nominated, and even more rarely win, because there's a stigma against them. In many cases, money is perceived as the antithesis of quality. It's a hypocritical stance but that's one reason why Whiplash (which I adored) got a nod and Interstellar (which I cited as the best film of 2014) didn't.
